By accessing and placing an order with Leading Landscapes, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms.

Products: We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with natural materials such as stone and timber.

Pricing: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability: Leading Landscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
