Leading Landscapes was founded in 2022 by Simon and Elizabeth — a partnership born from complementary passions and a shared vision for bringing premium outdoor living to Canterbury. Simon brings a deep-rooted love of the outdoors, with a background in agriculture and land management that gives him an instinctive understanding of what works in the natural environment. Elizabeth brings an eye for beauty and form, with a background in art and design and a genuine love of the natural world.

Together, it made perfect sense to combine their expertise and create a curated destination for those who want to transform their outdoor spaces into something truly special.

What We Do

At Leading Landscapes, aside from landscaping construction we source and supply premium outdoor products — from striking corten steel planters and stone features to ceramic vases and carefully selected live plants. Every product in our range is chosen with the same eye for quality, durability and design that Simon and Elizabeth built this business on.
