Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver throughout New Zealand?

Yes and no! Primarily we hand deliver within Canterbury, however, if you are outside of this region, get in touch and we can see if that is an option.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, however, we work directly with our customers to arrange delivery days and times that work for everyone. Larger items such as stone features and weathering steel planters may require additional lead time. 

IMPORTANT - All deliveries will be discussed directly with our customers before arrangements are made. If you have any concerns, please discuss your order with us before making any payments.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over a certain threshold - this is generally for large orders.

Can I track my order?

No, we only hand deliver as we don't trust couriers with our special packages! But we will stay in touch at every step of the journey.

What is Corten (weathering) steel and how does it weather?

Corten steel (also known as weathering steel) develops a natural rust-like patina over time when exposed to the elements. This patina acts as a protective layer, making it highly durable and low-maintenance. The warm, earthy tones deepen with age, making each piece unique.

How do I care for my Corten steel planter?

Corten steel requires very little maintenance. Allow the patina to develop naturally — avoid sealing it, as this prevents the protective layer from forming. Keep drainage clear and avoid prolonged contact with standing water on surfaces that may stain.

Do your ceramic vases come with drainage holes?

Yes! Drainage size varies by product — please check the individual product listing for details. We recommend using a well-draining potting mix regardless and please get in touch if you have further questions.

Are the live plants suitable for my region?

We select plants suited to New Zealand and specifically Canterbury conditions. Product listings include care notes and suitability guidance. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun. 

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Due to their size and nature, live plants and custom orders are non-returnable. Upon delivery of your live plant or custom order, we ask for a signature to guarantee all products meet your expectations. Please contact us in all cases to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging and so ask for signature upon delivery, but if something arrives damaged that you haven't spotted before handover, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery and we will try to offer a replacement or refund. However in most cases, the signature upon delivery ensures that all items are handed over in perfect condition.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

We are an online store. However, if you'd like to discuss a specific product or project, please reach out via our Contact page and we'd be happy to help. Sometimes we have examples on hand that you can come and view! We do have a couple of options for click and collect in North Canterbury and are currently working on finding something closer to Christchurch city if delivery isn't suitable for you.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Yes, we work with landscapers, designers and trade clients. Please get in touch via our Contact page to discuss your project and pricing options.
