Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from Leading Landscapes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Live Plants: All live plant sales are final. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm the quality and condition of your plants at the time of handover. By signing, you confirm that your order has been received in satisfactory condition. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for live plants after delivery has been accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
